Luis did an excellent job with the service. I felt the service took too long at around four hours. The new waiting room has very uncomfortable furniture, and if I had known that the waiting room by the service counter was no longer open, I would not have come to Irvine Norm Reeves for service. On a previous visit, I tried to sit in the new waiting room, and found that the furniture was too uncomfortable, so I was able to go back to the previous waiting area. Next time service is due on my car, I will call to see if your waiting room has been remodeled, and if not, I will go someplace else for service .

I asked for alignment check via the phone when I called Thursday but it did not get done as requested. They did say if the alignment was off they would have noticed. I am doing a long 4 hour drive to Vegas so it's something I wanted done. I will go somewhere else because we live in Orange so it's not convenient to drive back before I leave on 20th. The pricing did seem pretty high for brakes for a 2018 vehicle. Otherwise the service has been good and the brakes feel good. They said I was due for A1 check but the van said B1. I will take photo next time to verify what I saw was correct. Thanks Satu
