Delano is very personable and makes you feel welcome. I've had my Honda Element Sc for 16 years and he complimented it like it was brand new, which made me feel good about it. And once he went over the services I needed and didn't need for my Element he made me feel even better that it's still in tip top shape. Thanks, Delano! I hope to see you again!
