Been there twice. You overbook service. Appointment at 4. Out a 5:10. For an oil change. Ridiculous. Also the technician turned my light switch off, amongst other issues. Why? Probably because I said no to changing my filters. Wouldn’t surprise me. And asked not to be contacted thru email or text and was sent this. The girl that made my appointment doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Service rep was great. Technician not sure about. But no worries I’ll never come back bc

As usual, the service was FANTASTIC!! Matthew was awesome!!! That guy needs to be promoted!!!! I drive an hour to your dealership because I don’t trust the dealership near my home. And for good reason. Matthew was spectacular. You guys run in a great place. Thank you so much for your help.

Matthew was great. He explained clearly what wS to be done and the time it would take. The temprary lounge area was comfortable and great for coffee. The wait time was reasonable and Matthew made checkout easy. Always a pleasant experience at this service facility. Thank you.

Unfortunately I paid a service provider to “fix” my ac system but they removed the warranty piece and now I will have to pay even more money to have it repaired. It does not seem fair as a consumer to have to continually pay to have something repaired. Matthew was very helpful and understanding. He provided me with a lot of useful information. However after spending hundreds of dollars already to have someone fix the ac system you provided. It is not worth spending more.

Matthew was exceptional! I was having an issue with my battery and spent 5 hours trying to figure it out before heading to Honda. Matthew provided excellent customer service and it was easy to understand everything he was explaining. I am not a car-person and he explained the policies very thoroughly. He also saved me some money at the end and I appreciate that!
