I like Michael Fernandez that’s why I come to your dealership for service. But I had a 2pm appointment which I arrived promptly at 2pm and it still took two hours for just an oil change and they never even checked the tire pressure or washed it.

Took 7 hours to get tires. Didn't have my tires after they confirmed they had them. Tried to over chargee. Didn't send a shuttle after car was ready. Horrible service and not sure if I'll return.
