Kudos to Sean and the rest of norm reeves team! You are honest and truthful! Little that you know I took my car to another Honda dealership near me. Gave me different diagnostic of my car. I paid hundreds of dollars just to look at it and came back with thousands of dollars to fix the ac problem which they ignore the recall. Anyways, your team is the best and definitely will tell my friends about it. Keep it up!

This was my first time having my car serviced, since buying it from Norm Reeves. I was impressed with my service experience from the short wait time(right on schedule with appointment time) to the friendly customer service from Brandon to the quick service on my car. Brandon told me that my car would be done in about 1 hour and sure enough it was done in exactly 1 hour. I appreciate that he didn’t try to upswell me on anything unnecessary. Very professional and friendly service from all at Norm Reeves Irvine.

Before I brought car in I already spoke to two individuals at your location. Shared my car showing a P0229 code. Spoke to two machanics before your location. It appeared that the turbo need be replaced. After got quote booked appointment paid for parts ahead time so they would be their day of appointment. Arrived two hours ahead of schedule appointment. When the individual put number in my car and started visual inspection I shared with him had scheduled appointment code P0229 appearing the turbo replacement should resolve all dashboard sensors and code P0229. I picked up car all warning lights still on dash. He over charged me on written quote. Everything should’ve been cleared after the turbo replacement. I also had you do oil and filter change since had the vehicle Wich I padded for . Cleared the dashboard sensor my self. But car was running little rough and when stopped at red light the RPM drooped thought was going to die but it didn’t. Will see I also requested the old turbo I want. Will be talking soon. I paid roughly $1950 don’t have the paperwork in front of me.
