I wished that when they call me to pick up my car, it should have been ready. I still have to wait few minutes which is uncomfortable to wait in small service office. My car was not car washed well, I paid 4 grand for the service contract and I regretted doing that. I could have gotten a better one somewhere else.

Luis greeted me right when I pulled up and was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail when is expected and called me right when the service was done. Explained clearly about the upcoming services that are due. Offered free car wash.
