I called several weeks ago regarding an email stating that my car was due for service. The representative said I didn’t have any due until August. Then I got another email saying maintenance was due and called again and got told the same thing that nothing was due until August. A week later the car’s notification system comes on that I need service. So I took the car in for the oil change and was told I needed an engine filter change and the transmission fluid flushed amounting to approximately $300. Which I didn’t have done at the time. Then on the safety inspection checklist both items showed the didn’t need work done yet.

He honored my request to only have certain specific work done and didn’t try to pressure me to get more done than I wanted which was very nice. That is one of my pet peeves about auto service when I tell them what I want done and they try to get me to have more.
