I always receive an exceptional service from NormReeves Honda service center but the experience I had while interacting with Delano Nicholas is beyond that. His intent from getgo is how to provide a great customer service. Very patient in explaining all my questions and providing suggestions to make the right decision. He has also pointed me to Drop off service. 5 star Experience for sure.

Not Matthews fault but even tho he stamped WASH on the work order, the car wasn't washed when I got back the car keys.

Hard to get in touch with service representative. Didn’t get any updates until I asked for them 4+ hours after dropping off my car. Estimated service was very overpriced.
