1: the glove box was not broken. I don’t use it. Probably technical service broke it when they check the cabin filter.
2: I reported car has vibrating and work noisy on drive idle. I know my car. I know it’s reaction. Probably this issue under warranty. You don’t want to fix and just saying that is normal. It is not normal.

I had a 9:45am appointment for Saturday October 21st. So I had my car towed to Norm Reeves Honda Irvine on Friday afternoon October 20th and Michael checked me in. And was advised it would be looked at that afternoon. I informed him that I had a Saturday appointment. On Saturday I rented a car because I figured it would be there for a few days and needed transportation. Saturday afternoon after renting the car I was in the neighborhood so I swung by the dealership to get a status update. I was advised that the car hadn’t been looked at and it was assigned to a mechanic who was off on Saturday. So my question to the service agent, why would you on Friday assign the car to a mechanic who is not working on Saturday when I have an appointment? The service agent couldn’t give me an answer. So on Monday it was finally looked at. I was not happy at that point since I was paying $70 per day for a rental car. *Note- this is not a bad review of Delano. Rather, it had to do the first few days of my car being at the dealership BEFORE Delano got involved.
Mayhieu was very attentive and his attitude made me feel at ease with Norm Reeves Honda Supercenter services.
I don’t understand how the labor cost is calculated! The invoice difficult to understand also the job done was to expensive $2,590.41
