1: the glove box was not broken. I don’t use it. Probably technical service broke it when they check the cabin filter. 2: I reported car has vibrating and work noisy on drive idle. I know my car. I know it’s reaction. Probably this issue under warranty. You don’t want to fix and just saying that is normal. It is not normal.

I had a 9:45am appointment for Saturday October 21st. So I had my car towed to Norm Reeves Honda Irvine on Friday afternoon October 20th and Michael checked me in. And was advised it would be looked at that afternoon. I informed him that I had a Saturday appointment. On Saturday I rented a car because I figured it would be there for a few days and needed transportation. Saturday afternoon after renting the car I was in the neighborhood so I swung by the dealership to get a status update. I was advised that the car hadn’t been looked at and it was assigned to a mechanic who was off on Saturday. So my question to the service agent, why would you on Friday assign the car to a mechanic who is not working on Saturday when I have an appointment? The service agent couldn’t give me an answer. So on Monday it was finally looked at. I was not happy at that point since I was paying $70 per day for a rental car. *Note- this is not a bad review of Delano. Rather, it had to do the first few days of my car being at the dealership BEFORE Delano got involved.
