Huge blunder is that the hood was not locked properly and this I realized only after driving car home and trying to lock with keyless fob as it was not giving regular lock beep. Very irresponsible. Expected professional service experience. And wait time was over 3hours for simple oil and brake fluid change and also it would have been good to inform ahead if long wait times are anticipated.

Always please with the service Arbenz provides with a positive attitude, knowledgeable and caring for his customer. Explains in detail of anything I need to know of car repairs that needs immediate attention. I just got laid off from my job and needed to get the steering wheel leak repairs and was kind to provide a discount that help reduce the cost some - really appreciated his kindness and caring.

A $400 pair of prescription sunglasses were stolen from my vehicle while in your possession. I dropped my truck off last night and mistakenly shut my locked door after dropping the key in the night drop. I realized almost immediately that id left the glasses in the car. Since I'd already dropped the key in the night drop I had no choice but to trust they would be safe. I can't tell you how upset I am having to drive home in the truck unable to see the cars clearly on the road. Very dangerous. I'm leaving town next week and I really need my glasses to see . Up to this point I've had such a good experience at your dealership but unless this is fixed I will never step foot on your property again. This is my second Honda Ridgeline and I thought I would remain a life long customer of Norm Reeves but now I can not trust anyone from your company again. I expect my glasses be returned or reimbursed the cost of the glasses.
