Matthew did a good job. My only recommendation would be that he would get me the special price posted on the website without me bringing it up. He should be looking out fir his customers like that.

My appointment was at 8am and I wasn't out until about 11:30am. I had been told that within a half hour of checking in that I would be told the status on the life of my front and rear brakes so that we can know how to proceed. I wasn't reached out until about 9:45am. After that, I wasn't out until about 11:30am. So, the time I was quoted for a front and rear brake service of an hour to an hour and half happened, but I started too late (9:45am). As a customer with an appointment, I should have been attended and had my car serviced much sooner.
