Luis was very attentive, informative and courteous!
Was not called earlier to approve two items that could have been done within the day—if I had been told about them earlier to approve. ,Then, when I was told about them when I was called to pick up the car, I asked if those were intended to be things for next time and the reply I got was they should be changed “Sooner rather than later”. 30 minutes or so later, when I went to pick up the car, I was told those procedures take about 15 minutes. So I could have been told when I was called, even later in the day, that those could be done if I wanted before I picked the car up.
It was great working with Mike. Mike was reliable and provided good answers and advice for service/repair needs.
As always Arbenz provided excellent service
I waited for almost 4 hours for the service, only to find out that they have not done anything yet. The service is only Change Oil (A2) and Check AC.
He should atleast give us an update so we can decide if we will wait there or we'll come back. Over all the service for OIL CHANGE is from 10am to 4pm. So Frustrating. 1 over 10

I thought Alexander was great! He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I went in because I thought I needed an oil change, but then he realized that I had a tuneup not too long ago and got the oil changed during that tuneup. he said that the service guy must not have reset the sensor/indicator for an oil change. So he said I don’t need an oil change and just had them reset the sensor. That save me at least 60 bucks. Besides this, he was just very pleasant to talk to.
Nathan got me in and out quickly, even with the holiday luncheon break on that day. Thank you.
