My service representative wasn’t personable and customer oriented. However, when I completed the pick for my car, the other representative let me with a more positive experience.

It was hard to know if everything was okay with my vehicle. I wasn’t run through the diagnostics of how my vehicle was doing unless I asked. Most service reps do this and give good quality service. I also had to wait at the counter for a while after the service rep left and didn’t tell me where they were going.

Luis was very easy to work with and he walked me to the shuttle and made sure I am on the list to board it. He also had the car washed for me.
He delivered the vehicle on time as promised and the service was excellent. He was the thorough with the service results I also like the part where the service representative and the dealership is transparent my providing visual images of inspection and recommendations

I was completely satisfied with my appointment. I had a really bad experience my on my last one. But your whole team made up for it this time. I would like for you guys to bring back the free ride service when dropping off your car. The courtesy van took over an hour for me to get it. I would have order my own Uber if I had known it would taken that long.
