Micheal was very profession and explained the service process to me. I recently moved back to Irvine area from Santa Barbara. Michael contract Santa Barbara Honda and got my maintenance records from them. When the service was complete on my vehicle, he explained upcoming services that are required and prioritized them by importance. Since my vehicle is 8-years old with over 310,000 miles on it, I expected there to be more issues to address other than basic maintenance.
