I went to get my car serviced (oil change and rotate tires) this afternoon, and it seems like the maintenance somehow lowered the chassis of my car (might be the screws aren’t tightened). Now, every time I go over a speed bump, there’s a scraping sound. Normally, there wouldn’t be any noise when crossing speed bumps. But ever since the service this afternoon, I keep hearing it. And it is super dangerous. Now I have to spend my time to go maintenance again. Waste my time!
Michael Fernandez has been my service advisor for about eight years going back to when he worked at another Honda Dealership. When Michael relocated to Norm Reeves Honda I followed him and brought the service needs for my two Hondas to him. Michael has always been very pleasant to deal with and keeps me informed about the status of my vehicles and any recommended service items. I trust Michael completely.

Timing was perfect , I was clear about the problem & Alex explained the issue with patience & nice & politey was done on time that I was told , He made sure I was ok with everything car needed , also he made sure that I go back if there was anything wrong with car ! Thank you Alex

Delano was courteous and professional but with a natural earnestness and not like someone “trying” to act on this manners.
He was also very prompt with his texts informing me of the status of my vehicle during the duration of the service.
