I brought the van in for an oil and filter change. That was done with no issues. My dissatisfaction steams from a simple request to tighten the trim piece above the rear window. This was removed, painted and refitted by the dealership. I was told it couldn’t be fixed and I would have to contact the body shop. All it would take was a minor momentary repair. I thought that was **** for a legacy customer to hear.

Trust is important. Telling me I need 4 new tires at less than 40K mi makes me wonder if I can fully trust Honda’s service department. I was initially quoted $341, then you added new tires and realignment which totaled $1400. Eventually, I was told you could take $100 off and verbally quoted $1299, but when I arrived to pick up my car I was charged $1342 I Also, I was sent home without my key fob and had to drive back from Tustin Ranch to get it. In retrospect, I should have asked to see the tires to verify the west, but I never got validation.
