I’ve been coming to this dealership for years and chose to purchase, lease, and service those vehicles at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. I’ve said it every time but it warrants repeating - I keep returning for service with my Hondas because of Service Advisor Brandon Son, and I’m betting others do as well. There is another dealership closer to my home but I make the longer drive knowing Brandon is professional, responsive to my email inquiries about service, and honest.
Brandon Son is a superb service writer. He’s very kind, attentive and professional. Keep coming back

I came in to have a new key fob connected. But I was the problem. Not only had I lost it, but I couldn’t find it in the car anywhere! The Honda crew actually found it! Because of Brandon’s and the others honesty and respect for the Honda named…they saved me several hundred dollars!!

Didn’t meet Jorge on check out. Someone else helped me. See invoice #378910. I didn’t like the explanation above the wording on the invoice about Honda service pass expires at either 2 years or 24,000 miles. He said that the computer prints that on every invoice. I don’t understand why or what that is? Very disappointed.
Michael was great but what you charge for air and cabin filter replacement is absolutely ridiculous.
Luis was very helpful, got the right person involved to do the repairs on my vehicle, after prior failed attempts and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. He seemed genuinely interested to get my vehicle fixed.
