Michael was very efficient and understanding on why I decided not to spend over $4,000 to fix my 2003 Honda. I’m 81 and will drive less than 1,000 miles/year. Mission Viejo has taxi service costing $10 total for round trip anywhere within the city. Also, I am physically getting less mobile and already changed to home deliveries to meet my needs. The majority of my outings will be with my family and friends taking me out.
If I actually needed s car, I would gladly have followed Michael’s detailed comments about what to fix and paid the cost.
Luis was very friendly and upon my request looked into my warranty coverage. My interactions with service department staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Nathaniel’s great customer service + being able to get a Lyft back home = no more jiffy lube for my CRV. My Lyft driver back even knows Nathaniel, (shout out from Winnie) - she told me how much better Norm Reeves is than her own local dealership. Will be coming back for sure.
