Gerardo was terrific and I don’t want my comments to be a reflection of his performance. I do question why the Plan B1 service recommendation provided by Honda did not include the three filters and transmission fluid that the dealership said I needed which added several hundred dollars for what should have been an oil change and tire rotation.
