After picking my vehicle up, I received a call from the service department. They forgot to put the wheel locks back in my vehicle. I had to return to pick them up. Later, I found that they had reset the oil life code. Now I have a code B appearing under the maintenance screen.
Everything went well and I feel safer with my car.
Brandon was great. The tech who worked on the car used too much torgue and broke off a screw holding the top of the air filter case in place. I called Brandon and he said the company would take care of it and scheduled a follow-up appointment. Brandon handled this issue with the utmost professionalism.

Nathan is a true professional. He has a command of the knowledge required, and he easily shares it with us in a comprehensive yet simple manner. He is as pleasant and friendly as can be. I was at NR Honda service twice in two weeks, and I made sure I was assigned him the second time because he was great to work with the first time. On a scale of 1 to 100, I would rate Nathan a 100. Also, I get the impression your entire service team is terrific. I recently moved from New York and was always basically content with my local Honda center there, but Nathan outdid anyone I worked with for 4 years in NY. Nathan seemed to have devoid of a single negative aspect to his personality. That is rare. Best auto service person I've ever worked with in 40 years. ~ Darren M
