It was time to put new tires on my Civic and I decided it would be wise to also have the brake padss/rotors serviced as well. As a senior on a fixed income it was important that I stay within my budget. Fortunately, Mike was my service advisor and helped me get all of my planned service completed within my budget. I would like to give Mike a real shout out for walking me through the process and helping me understand what to opt for with respect to the brake service. He also assisted me with a rental car for the day. As I had just completed a cancer treatment this allowed me to get home and rest until my car was ready for pickup. Although I have had service done on my vehicle in the past, this was my first experience at Norm Reeves Service Dept and it was very positive, largely due to the level of customer service Mike provided.
