This service was complex and expensive and it took close to 6 months to get all the parts into inventory under a work order that Mayo set up for my AC replacement. It took 4 days for the entire job, remove the old and install the new. Mayo kept me apprised each day. The only surprise was a good one..the initial estimate was high, so I was happy to learn I was able to pay less than I had thought. Mayo handled all of the Car Max Extended Service Warranty so all went smoothly. Thank you, Mayo!

While the assistance is great it is extremely unrealistic to think that people can be without their vehicle without options to loan a car for more than half a day. 10 miles is not far enough for an Uber either. You should reconsider the lack of support given to your clients for this specifically.
