Delano was great! He helped me out in getting the repairs i needed and got me a good deal on tires that my car needed as well. I normally service my car at Hardin Honda in Anaheim but since they never returned my calls to make an appointment to get my car repaired, i decided to give this dealership a shot.
I was overall impressed with the customer service and i look forward in coming back and giving my business again for the next service or repair i might need. Thanks again! :)

Very pleased with Delano following through with repair issue that involved a back order part that took a few weeks to arrive and then scheduling the repair appointment. Communications with us on process was as we expected. Further, it was comforting to have Delano take the vehicle in at service line, avoiding the dreaded “storytelling” to those not involved with repair process from beginning.

The service for my car was great. Wait was comfortable at either lounge area. Friendly staff. My Associate was knowledgeable, approachable and went over the service my car received. I’ve been with this location (Irvine) for about 4 years now. Never to they disappoint.
