Might alignment was supposed to corrected and it’s worse. My car pulls to the right really hard.

I just passed 125mile from my maintenance warranty(24000mil) this was because I used car after making appointment. I am so disappointed they charged me 128dollar

IThe apt I made was for an A1 service at 2. Was told when scheduled that I could be in and out in an hour. Wait time was double. I paid at 3:45 before the car was ready .and was given discount. Thank you. Left your service area at 3:57. Missed a 3:15 meeting. …just wish the communication was better and wish I knew before that you were over booked so I could better plan. Still love your dealership and caring employees. I’m happy to have bought from you and have it serviced there since before 2016. I feel good about letting our daughter use the car when she needs to go to San Luis Obispo knowing that it has been well taken care of. Your maintenance on our car brings lots of peace of mind.

Very rude ? I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy . it makes me feel uncomfortable. No customer service appropriate provided. The environment was very hostile . I will never deal with Honda anymore .
