The service for the Ac was not done as promised from service I left all day my car there 3 times...still didn't get the job done Arbenz was very helpful but the mechanic part was not properly done. I hope the 4th time will get the AC working

Michael is the best. Left RSM Honda and followed him over to Norm Reeves. It 20 minutes from my house but worth the drive knowing I can trust Michael with my car. Peace of mind beats convenience any day. Norm Reeves is lucky to have Michael on their team
