Michael was great but I was frustrated that the problem wasn’t solved. Three hours waiting for nothing that helped. I’ve had Michael before and he was patient & kind. I will find a place to double check what the problem is but probably won’t return to this Honda dealership.

Well, I was originally quite upset with a failed air conditioning system after only 11,000 miles on my Honda Civic, the service manager Sean made things right by reaching out directly to Honda. Stephen then was very efficient with following through on the repairs.
Mayhieu was great! He was kind, thorough, and provided answers to all of my questions. He was also very personable.

I've been told that this is honda not Lexus when I ask for loaner and when I ask for ride they told me 20 minutes and driver will pick me but no one show after I wait 3 hours then I took my own ride ,
