Nathaniel was very respectful. However, I was informed that the Charging System error was due to a loose nut and that it was properly installed afterwards. After waiting 4 hours, I was informed that the Error message was no longer there. As soon as I arrive at my car and ready to head home, the Charging System error was still there. Nathaniel was very friendly though.

Arbenz Anton is extremely professional and approachable. Everyone seemed in good spirits in the service department despite the fact that the Lake Forest facility appears to be extremely busier than the norm, knocking cars out in huge volumes! Pizza day or team lunch event for everyone in service seems more than deserving. The service team clearly collaborating together ????% on Friday. Good to see. I’m a long time customer.
