I brought my 2010 Cvic to replace the airbag for a recall. The technician broke a piece of plastic on the dashboard and NO notification or written anywhere on the service paperwork when the dealership will replace it. Also, the radio doesn’t work anymore after the airbag was replaced!! Delano said he would call and never received a returned call!!! In addition, the technician said the cabin filter needs replacement. I literally just replaced 3 month ago and we don’t drive the car much to accumulate dirt. So what is this dealership trying to sell me. Terrible dealership and customer service!!!! I would never anyone going to this dealership for service!! I need to know when the broken plastic piece will be replaced? I have photos.
