My negative experience is not specifically related to the service advisor, but more generally due to a feeling of being scammed. I was told the technician was recommending replacing the air filer and cabin air filter during the multipoint inspection. No pictures were provided to document the condition of either filter. I replaced the cabin air filter myself before I brought the car in for an oil change, so I knew someone was trying to take advantage of me. The excuse was that the technician made a mistake and only meant to mark that the engine air filter needed to be changed. I'm really disappointed as I bought the car at Norm Reeves and have been bringing it there for service for 5 years.

Brandon was the best! He saved my family’s Labor Day trip by providing us with a rental vehicle after my Pilot broke down on the freeway. Brandon kept me informed and got everything wrong with the car fixed. He and the Irvine service department is top notch!

Michael was very accommodating from the start until the end of the transaction. He also made sure to reach out to me for some parts replacement needed for maintenance. I didn’t have to wait that long considering that I came in about 10 minutes late
