Lower brake fluid replacement cost. And why is brake fluid replacement recommended on a car with only 6,600 miles? I truly like my Honda Fit. Honda should reintroduce a new Fit R Type or GTI model. And Nathaniel my service department representative was excellent!

I was completely satisfied with the service of Jacob James. But whoever did the inspection of tires may not have calibrated after. The TPMS light came on almost 2 miles away.

My experience was one of the worst service experiences I have had in any industry. My car was “fried” and communication was awful. It was very hard to get in touch with anybody to discuss my car. Even when dealing with Sean, the service manager, I felt I was getting half truths and he told me I did not have facts straight when I had text messages that proved otherwise. Even when getting my car back, simple things like resetting oil life or a recommendation for next oil change were not given. I have had 4 Hondas, including owning a pilot and crv currently. My next car will also likely be a Honda. But I will never return to Norm Reeves for service or to buy a car. And I will tell everyone I know to avoid Norm Reeves as welll based on the service and the way I was treated.

The service is really good. The price to fix recommended services is really expensive compared to the same services charged by the outside mechanic shops.

I appreciated Nate’s help. He made sure the battery in my key fob was replaced and he sent an Uber to get me back to the dealership to pick up my car!!!! Excellent Service!!!

I brought the car in for service.The light is still on seems like it wasn’t fixed.According to Lui’s information it’ll take 3 times to do it before the lights disappeared.I can’t keep bringing the car in 2 more times if that’s the case.I live far and the gas is expensive
