The technicians misplaced a lower Engine Cover Pin which got stuck in the front wheel rotor causing rattling and dangerous condition during the driving. They also left several of the pins open without installing them. This is very reckless. I have documented all evidences with photos showing how the screw has stuck in wheel. Unless I hear from Norm Reeves Honda, I will take legal action about this.
Amery Pagan provided an excellent customer service experience. He is personable, friendly and kept me updated on the status of my vehicles service history with Norm Reeves Honda Irvine.
I’ve been a very happy and satisfied customer for several years, bringing three Hondas to your service center. But, this latest issue with my emissions system has completely soured me. I see now that I am just a number and not really a valued customer. You’ve now lost a customer who sung your praises to others and spent a decent amount of money there. To say the least, I’m very disappointed.

5 stars all around! Jacob was very helpful, pull up and got right into helping me with my car problems not only that but was very knowledgeable on the service being provided and what time frame the tech should be finished and sure enough had it ready within the given time.

I bought a car and the stereo did not work, and I will not be able to listen to music in my new car. I brought it in for service and they could not diagnose the problem. I'm very upset that I was sold a car that was not fully functioning, and feel as if Norm Reeves does not really care that they messed up.
