Sam was polite,attentive and followed up with all repairs and pick up time.
I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received from Martin but I was not satisfied with the outcome of the diagnosis on my car as it's been several times my car has shutdown on me leaving me stranded.
There has to be something wrong with a two yr old car with as many issues as my car has.
Looking for a resolution please.

If this feedback really matters to the company then clearly letting customers know that they’ll potentially be waiting 15-20 minutes while their “Service Advisor” is ready to check them in and not calling it “bypass counter with express check out” if a customer pays online and still has to go to the counter and wait for the employee to check out and print forms for customers. Lastly, Trinity would always have the technician send videos and recommend and additional findings but no video nor recommendations. Now I’ll clearly request Trinity when calling for appointment next time.

My experience was amazing because of Samuel. He was so kind, so informative, and he took his time to explain every detail that I didn’t understand. He made sure I knew exactly what my car needed and why it needed it. He helped me decide what was most important as far as what recommendations I should take care of 1st. He was patient, he was kind, and more importantly, he just wanted to make sure that I knew he was there to help. I will be requesting him every single time. I have never had this much of a good experience at Honda. So thank you, Samuel. You are now my go to technician.

I was happy with the service the only thing I think you can improve is the check in if you have an appt. It took a long time. But was happy with everything else. Thank you.
On the paperwork is says replace defective transmission mount,is this a Honda problem or is it the owner problem?

Valerie provided the best service. This is the second time she’s assisted me in getting my car serviced. Both times she provided great service. I appreciate her taking the time to explain each recommended service and helped me decide what is critical and should be completed as soon as possible.
Took 2 hours for an oil change. Parts department was very helpful with my replacement clips and service person was very helpful with putting clips back in my engine cover that was loose
