I asked to do a 5 tires rotation because i want my spare tire to be in luded in rotation. I got home and saw that the tire that was supposed to be included in the rotation was still on my trunk. Otherwise the other service was ok.

I had my car serviced during a particularly busy and short-staffed day, and I appreciate how Samuel handled everything. He was communicative, attentive, and made an effort to ensure the process was as efficient as possible, which I really valued.
That said, I was disappointed to notice dirt on my steering wheel along with some scratches after the service. While the customer service itself was great, more care with the vehicle would have made the experience truly excellent.
Overall, a positive experience thanks to the service advisor, with some room for improvement in vehicle handling and attention to detail.
