genaro was very kind and helpful. the brightness on the radio display did get messed up again during the software update so i am pretty upset about that but genaro was kind enough to try to help me out and fix it himself. he was great to talk to and i look forward to seeing him again when i go back to get my brightness fixed! he’s great employee and great at what he does! 10/10

He was very kind, personable, and overall friendly which made it a great experience. He was very pleasant to work with I asked him to get me some prices on tires and oil changes for the transmission and he did I was very happy to deal with him and I will be back soon do get more work done

I am so fed up of this dealership, they continue to screw up my information on my car. No wonder the service technician who helped me could not see my service plan. Time and time again I have told them to delete a vehicle from my name because I did not purchase and never owned a psecons pilot. I get home to see the vin number on my paperwork does not match my actual vehicle. So tired of the lack of professionalism.
I was told the last time I had this mix up that the vehicle would be removed and yet here I am dealing with this same issue.
