I had purchased my Accord from Metro Honda only because they were the only closest Honda dealership in the Costco referral program. I will now have my car serviced at Norm Reeves Honda from now on. Please put me on your customer list for service specials. BTW Sean was great, very respectful and courteous. I prefer the service here than Metro Honda.

I didn’t not receive good service, I am completely dissatisfied with the work I received on my car, I took in my car into norm reeves Honda west covina on April-30-2024 I went in for a diagnostic for my AC and to replace and valve cover gasket , before going in I had no noise just a leak coming from my engine I had to make an appointment the following week to get my car checked at for failure to replace my gasket correctly , On the paper work i received it says that the noise wasn’t coming from the engine where the gasket was replaced but when I got my gasket replaced the first time the week before when left the dealership it started making noise from where it got replaced, I also have a video I took of the noise and you can tell something was wrong , but on the paper work it says and I quote upon arrival noise is coming from drive belt tensioner and not the last valve adjustment, before I took my car to norm reeves Honda in West Covina there was no noise at all in the gasket I just had a leak , there was no noise in the drive belt tensioner nor the alternator, I think it’s wrong that I take my car to the dealership to a professional that should be helping me out and fixing my car and not making things worse, I think the dealership took advantage of me on getting things fix when they didn’t needed to get fixed , yulissa ramos was the one helping me out , she kept assisting that I get the new issues fixed , I told Mrs. Ramos that there’s was no noise or anything wrong with my car except the leak ,there was no noise coming from anywhere until I took my car in , I don’t get how I go in to get one thing fix and something else gets messed up and another , I will be getting ahold of B.A.R. Bureau of automotive repair to make a Complaint, it’s not fair what norm reeves Honda is doing to me
