The parts for my car were not there. I reserved the entire day to get the service and wasted over 3 hours from start to finish. I will be ordering a replacement fob online and maybe Gault could program it for free. That would make me a happy customer.

My car is still running loud like I’m driving a 18 wheeler. Sounds like it needs exhaust work and has been sounding like this since the first week I purchased and no one seems to realize the car sounds extremely loud when you crank it up as well and drive it!!!

Came in for an 11AM oil change and put the snows on appointment. The service are wasn’t done at noon and all of them went to an hour lunch. Came back at 1 and finished the job at 1:20. Was surprised they’d go to lunch and leave the customer stranded for an hour. Plus FYI I drive an hour and 15 minutes each way to get to the dealership where I bought the car.
There are a lot of new people there now. The ones I knew for decades left at the same time in large numbers. New people are OK but I think something is breaking down if they all just take off for an hour and I find out after the fact.
From Bryan to my shuttle driver, I appreciate everyone’s efforts to make my appointment a comfortable one!!
Technician was very thorough in explaining the service and in explaining the bill, leaving time for any questions I might have. Plus, he was polite as well competent.

Logan was very helpful. He actually took care of the issue himself. There was a problem locating tools in the truck to get the spare repositioned under vehicle. This I was the 2nd time I’ve had it in for the issue. Ultimately it was resolved thanks to Logan.
My concern was address and fixed promptly! Everyone was helpful and respectful, thank you!
