The service was great but I was disappointed that my car came back so dirty & I had to ask for it to be washed. The wash was completed very quickly so that was good.

Vehicle was in the shop for 9 days with not a single status update. The report I received today is not real clear the problem with the seat heating and cooling issue that’s not resolved.

The tires are suppose to be 35psi all around. Your service people over filled them. They were filled to 40/41 in the front and 42 in the back. Everything else seemed fine.

Everything was fine at the dealership, but later on when I was driving my check engine light came on for about 5 seconds. That has never happened before. I'm concerned about this
Over inflation can cause excessive wear please only top off tires to 34, then when heated they don't get to high and wear excessive
Oscar was good. It’s the issues with a brand new car and multiple wrong parts sent causing me to have the car out of my possession for over a month with a less than comparable rental car that made my experience bad.
