Oscar's business card has a "Direct Number" that you assume is a cell phone you can text but you can't. Strangely, you can text his office phone. This disrupted our communication. I didn't get an update till the car was in for EIGHT DAYS! No other dealers operates like this!
Oscar was great. He updated me throughout the day on the status of my car and had it out front waiting for me when I arrived for pick up. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
