I sent 2 texts (8/18 & 8/19) asking Alicia to let me know the charges. My son brought it in on 8/15. I did not want him to have to pay for it. I wanted to put it on my credit card. I NEVER heard back from Alicia.I sent a 3rd text on 8/19 telling Alicia not to bother with getting back to. See separate e-mail being sent to further voicing my displeasure.

Luis was exceptional. After reviewing my issue on check in, I had full confidence that, with his help, the technicians would take care of my issues, and address my concerns. He later came out, with the technician (Apollo goes to him, I did not catch his name) and they explained exactly what they were seeing and how to address it. Service was excellent, thank you Luis!

I had a great service experience, he attended me really fast and I’m really happy with the work.
I was given an initial quote that seemed too high. When I questioned it and had her go line by line she double charged me several times. I was told I needed brakes and given a quote. When the work was done, it was almost 1k higher. She said she gave me the wrong quote and apologized. She took some of it off but it was still 55 higher. Then worst of all, my beloved dream car, a CTS V Coupe in nearly mint condition was returned with both driver side wheels with deep scrapes in them. I was told I shouldn’t have asked for a car wash. Told them I didn’t. I just spent 35 on a car wash days earlier and since she didn’t ask me like every other supervisor has done. I didn’t mention it. Larry Ramos told me a few years ago to never request a car wash. So I don’t anymore. Oscar helped me and took pics and also viewed the pics from when the car was brought in and said it was your fault and Greg White the Service Manager would call me. I told Oscar I bet he doesn’t. He assured me he would. Well it’s 7pm and no call. I feel upset and defeated. I bought my first Cadillac with you back in 2010 and haven’t driven anything other than one. I’ve had amazing service from you every single time but this has been a nightmare. At this point, I’m going to assume the worst and discuss legs options with my father in law who’s an attorney here and see where to go from here. I looked at your Google reviews and have noticed I’m not the only person to get my car back damaged with no remedy. Sorry for the rant. Just upset since I love my car and take such great care of it. I literally paid your business 4K today to damage my car and not one person has said they’re sorry….
