Great costumer service from Kathleen, the only bad thing I would like to point out was initially I was told the vehicle was going to be there for 7-10 days. After 3 hrs the service was done which was awesome but why not expedite the troubleshooting or add more technicians if there is such a back log. This is on the dealer, it is unacceptable to have a car sit on the lot for a Lt least week before someone even looks at it. Kathleen was great and had great costumer service.

Sean went above and beyond my expectations. I forgot my keys in my pocket and instead of making me drive back, he came out to my place and picked the keys up. He consistently texted me with status about my repair and went out of his way to find a part that was on back order, obtained the part and got my truck fixed a week faster than originally planned !
