It took me almost 2.5 hrs to get an oil cha he and tire rotation when I was quoted 90 minutes
They forgot to reset the oil percentage gauge.

This was my first experience in many years at your shop. I called the day before and told the desk I would drop the car by 9:30 or 9:45 am. When I got there everyone was busy and I had to drive all the way to San Ysidro. I raised my concerns to a very unpleasant man called Larry or something like that who told me I missed my appointment and to wait. I asked Tony if he could help me and explained my situation. Tony, right away helped me and sent me on my way with a smile and an apology which was not needed but helpful after being scolded.
Tyler provided outstanding service. He was very knowledgeable, and respectfully provided valuable information in regards to the care of my car and possible alternatives for the future. A pleasure to deal with, thank you!

All the repairs to the audio and the detail job were fantastic, especially since were dealing with a 10 year old vehicle....Kevin Knepper is great. Think the repair entailed disconnecting the battery. Would have been nice to reset the clock:-)! Really, really liked being able to pay for the repairs online, so as not to go through the process at the dealership....I know it's new....Need to find a way to streamline the process of picking up the vehicle though. System and payment didn't seem to sync up, took a long time to print out paperwork, etc. Definitely a step in the right direction.
The Rep was fine. However, I was appalled at the condition of my car after you supposedly washed it. My 13 year old daughter could have done a better job. I am switching dealerships for Service & Maintenance - have not been impressed with Marvin K Brown AT ALL since I acquired the car. Every communication and experience - weather by phone or in person - has been subpar.
Kevin has been my service person for many years, and I always value his advice, recommendations and good humor.
