Robert Congdon is awesome. He is the reason I keep coming back after 3 caddys and over 6 years of service.
When I scheduled my service I asked what would be included. The lady said a multi point inspection to include checking of tire pressures. The ticket states tire pressures were set to 70psi in front and 65 in rear. Tire pressures are mostly in the 50 psi range.
The ticket states tires were rotated. The tires in front have rounded corners from wear while turning. Tires were not rotated.
The lady also said a car wash was included. No car wash was performed on my vehicle. I did notice others were washed and dried on the way out.
My appointment was for 1245 I showed up 15 minutes early and my vehicle sat at the service entrance for 1 hour. Customer service was not great. I wanted my fuel filter changed along with an oil change. I only received an oil change.
Thank you for performing the service at no cost to me but that is not what I wanted. I wanted service from a dealer I can trust to do the little easy maintenance jobs.
I noticed also that several other customers were waiting on there vehicles and they recieved the same bad service I did. Yes, I was told the person doing the service was behind but I did not receive any updates on status. I had to initiate all conversations with the staff. If service is going to take longer than expected please communicate and recommend to leave the vehicle.
Upon check out the staff did not explain what service was performed or what the tech had noticed. I understand my vehicle has low miles and there is not much to report but like I said earlier the service was free. I dont know why the service was free. I was not asked if my expectations were met. I was only given keys and an invoice and sent on my way.

Tony was very professional.
Took longer than expected and was told the shuttle would take just as long, so I wasted 2.5 hrs of my day. When I traded in my Audi, the sales team was so cocky and said “you’ll be driving a real luxury car”. I have yet to experience that with sales or service. Audi smokes Cadillac on both sales and service and I can’t wait to turn in my lease so I don’t have to deal with Cadillac again.

My service Manager Corky was awesome kept in touch and let me know what was going on with my car every step of the way. I was disappointed when I picked up my vehicle after a day and a half and I didn’t receive a courtesy wash.
This was my first time using Marvin K Brown for service. I was most impressed with the entire staff I met and will return in the future.
