This is Robert's 3rd time assisting us with our car service and he has provided Exceptional Service every time! I was absolutely excited when I pulled in to MKB and saw that it was Robert who was going to attend us!

When I dropped off my vehicle I had a customers who’s roof collapsed 2 feet and I had to respond ASAP. Jared was unavailable at the time so he got Larry Ramos took charge and got my the lower car ASAP. I can’t thank Jared and Larry enough with helping me get our customers place of business in a timely manner. Thank you so much. It shows how they are trained in great customer service.

Dear GMC Service Center:
I arrived on time to my appointment which was at 7:30am. Then checked in at the service center with Anthony around 7:15am back in the lounge at 7:27am to wait for my scheduled ride to Spring Valley.... 15 min away! I waited 2 hrs. to get a ride home.
After 5 days they finally found the time to adjust and tighten a clamp on the exhaust pipe. Anthony called and said it was ready, could not even give it a quick wash. I’d say, one of the worst services in the last 17 years. Thank you for the customer service.
