Corky Weeks was very respectful. He even helped me connect my iPhone to Bluetooth in my Cadillac, made sure the car was washed, and remembered my request not to be called “dear”.

Service took way too long! When I made the appointment, the customer service rep said it would take about an hour. When I arrived at the shop, the service advisor said it would take between an hour and a half maybe as long as two hours. 2 1/2 hours later I had to go look for my car, realizing it was already finished but nobody notified me. Extremely disappointed in the length of the service. The service advisor was friendly and professional, however due to the extreme length of the service it resulted in total dissatisfaction.

Tony was discourteous and unavailable throughout. I arrived on time for my 10:00 am appointment for an oil change, but Tony couldn’t see me until 10:30. When he did see me, he appeared to be annoyed with having to talk with me. Tony told me my oil change would be done by 1:00 pm. I texted Tony shortly after 1:00 pm and called after 2:00. I did not received a response. I also called the general service line, and called Toby, the services manager, according to the website. Still no response. I received a text after 4:00 pm telling me my car would be ready in 20 minutes. I texted back asking why it took so long and asking Tony to call me. Again no response. I did receive a response by text inviting me to auto pay my bill. But no call or text. I finally reached a service member (not Tony or the manager) at 5:45 pm who told me that my car was done, but that they were closing in 15 minutes and my car would be stored outside overnight. I picked up my car at 7:00 am the next morning. Because the car was outside overnight, I now need to get is washed. The service person who helped me (not Tony or the manager) was careful not to ask me whether I was satisfied with the service. I informed him I was frustrated. I’m obviously not coming back, but the dealership should recognize that Tony and the service team will cost it business in the future if this continues.

My radio would quit on it’s own and then start up in a bit. I showed the service adviser what was happening. Unfortunately the problem still exists. However it’s not as bad as before.
