Tony was great and very helpful, the issue I had was my car was dirty upon receiving it back. I had almost 6k worth if warranty work completed on my car and after sitting outside for a week it was filthy. I have always at any dealership when work was completed had the car at least washed over on the outside upon returning a vehicle back to me. I’ve never received a car back without a simple wash. I mentioned this to tony and he said it wasn’t policy to have the car washed when returned to a client. He said I could wait and they would wash it, I didn’t have time to wait. Another Cadillac Escalade was pulled up front to go back to a client and it was washed and it just left me feeling dissatisfied.

Corky Weeks did an excellent job, given the complexity of the electrical problem and the many steps taken to isolate the short circuit, and to fix it. What it made hard was the car is a 1988 Fleetwood for which parts were hard to find. I commend Corky for a job exceedingly well done. --Angel M

what else is there to say, I've been coming to MLB for years and Kevin is a major reason why. I value his in site, opinion and recommendations when it come to my vehicle maintenance. we as a family have become friends with Kevin. and now Frank who Kevin recommended assist with my purchase of our 2015 Sierra which I love!!! thanks to the whole MKB family????
