Every since I purchased my car I had 4-5 people help me. Most of them left before and during the pandemic. The last person who was my advisor, always got upset for one reason or another. The last time si called him and left two messages he never responded. I now have a new advisor and so far she is good but the service at the dealership has gone down. I was given my card keys and was told to find my parked car. After being a customer for many years under different names, Haber, Vagelatos I think this will be the last time I will deal with your dealership or will ever purchase a car from your dealership again. Your employees are to help customers, not to upset or disrespect us, we are the ones who bring money to your business. I won’t recommend your dealership and will cancel my EV. Thank you

Ridiculously over charging for Parts. A mass airflow sensor was $388 when a genuine GM part can be purchased from a third party for $170. What is the point of an appointment that is a week out if you can’t get to the vehicle for another week?
