No communication from Tony on diagnosis, dropped off at 8:30, I had to call and leave a message at 2:30p, then again and 3:30p only to be put on hold for 22 minutes while service desk girl tried to find him, then told me shuttle service ended at 3p. She got someone to look at my paperwork and guess service was done, then her and shuttle driver graciously agreed to pick me up. Got to dealership at 4:30p, went straight to service desk and girl told me Toby still had not finalized paperwork. She went and talked to him and he still had to go check on the car to make sure it was done. When he finally brought up the car he was very nonchalant about everything and never apologized for lack of communication or call back. He hardly explained the issue to me or walked me through the invoice or services. Finally when he pushed through the paperwork, he didn’t bother to come over and finalize the service visit with me. Worst experience I’ve had at any dealership ever.

Robert congdon Was very polite to us customer service number one but our Cadillac problems have not been solved yet our 2014 Cadillac ATS luxury package has been back at the Cadillac dealership’s more than six times for the air conditioner problem has not been solved but customer service was there for us so we thank you Robert for taking care of us and being polite and understanding our problems.

The car was serviced to replace the CUE. Yet that replacement did not solve the problems. Seem troubleshooting was not engaged to discover the cause. The car was returned to me and the next time I started the car, the trouble / systems failure were present and obvious. This requires another inconvenience at accommodation for a repair not completed.

Customer service starts with the people you have up front and you can’t do any better than with Kevin Knepper. Kevin has always given me stellar service never leaving me wanting or needing anything. If MKB continues to employ people like Kevin the service department will continue to thrive. Kevin has always been prompt when receiving my vehicle and should I have forgotten a issue with my vehicle he has never denied servicing the forgotten issue. He also explains all services provided and recommendations for future work needed. Kevin maintains professionalism as well as being personable individual qualities not always evident in customer service.
