Thursday, was very efficient, and got the right parts, Olin one day, even though he told me it might as much a 2 or 3 days.
My Service Advisor Anthony, scheduled the installation on Monday morning,
It all went well, the Mirrors look like they came with the vehicle. I could nit be more pleased. I get all the service on my Silverado at Marvin K. Brown. When I am able to by a new GMC, it will be from Marvin K. Brown

Everything was completed satisfactorily.
I made an appointment for 11:15 am- My car was not serviced for at least an hour after that. I had to wait 30
Minutes for a shuttle ride home. I believe the service is way overbooked. No point in making a reservation of it is not honored.
Personally , I always feel that I’m treated better when I get my car clean after getting service in the dealer , I always got the treatment in National City , actually the service there is very good.

Kevin is great, very professional and efficient but the overall service and prior service my vehicle has had is not very good. In the past 6 months I have left several messages for the service manager with not once a call back which is very unprofessional
Appointment was scheduled for 8 am and I was on time. I was told my maintenance appointment would take about 1 hour , possibly 1 and half hours to complete. At 10:30 am I had to find my car and ask Anthony, my contact to please check me out. Finally at 10:54 I was checked out. Almost 3 hours to perform a simple oil change and scheduled maintenance check. Not happy about my experience.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been owning GMCs my whole life and I own 9 currently and this is the first I’ve come to you and it will be the last . I am very unhappy with my experience here.
