I filled out the survey: tire pressure was not done , check engine light was still on and code not reset, I asked for new windshield wipers -that wasn’t taken care of , I had to call/text my advisor six times to try to get a hold of someone for an update I’ve lost confidence in the maintenance team. A discount for my oil change was mentioned but not provided either.
