It's impossible to say I was completely satisfied after my vehicle was in the shop wiring for a part for 6 weeks. I will say that Anthony kept me informed the whole time and showed remorse for the process. I know he cares about his customers. Mr. White was also very kind to me. It was a very unfortunate situation and I don't hold MKB responsible.

Tony was great. But my 1.5 hour oil change actually took 3 hours and the lady I paid at the end , (when I was trying to quickly leave because I had to be somewhere) was super slow and needs to brush up on basic math skills. This is the first time I’ve had any issues though. And it’s my 4th or 5th visit.

Customer service is a joke. No one listens or cares. Excuse after excise and they won’t fix your vehicle if it’s under warranty. No point in even having one. Very disappointed

When I got email about recall. I txt Sean. He seen on computer about my truck. Said come over and take care my monster truck. And nice rental Cadillac car for one day. I pleasured. Thanks Sean.

Called for an appointment to have an oil leak looked at on Friday, 1/10, got an appointment for Monday 1/13 at 9:00, dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 on Monday, never heard from service adviser (Tony Bowles) about my vehicle status until I called at 5:00 pm on Monday, was told that they had not done anything to the vehicle all day, but would get started on Tuesday morning and would contact me by 9:00 am on Tuesday. My service advisor never called me on Tuesday, I started calling him at 3:00 pm, left messages but still no call back to me, I finally got in touch with him at 4:00, he stated there was still no info on my vehicle in the system, and he was going to get with his tech and get back to me. I called him back at 4:30 and he said my vehicle was just being put on the lift, so another day that nothing was done, and no communication from my service adviser unless I called him. I then called in and asked to speak with a service manager to find out what was going on with my vehicle. After playing phone tag, and message tag I finally talked to Larry Ramos who told me that the shop had been overwhelmed and backed up and that they would make my vehicle a priority in the morning on Wednesday, I explained I might have understood if that would have been communicated to me from my service advisor, but I had no communication of that from him, and also I was the only one doing the communication, all I needed was a text, or phone call from him, but I got nothing from him. On Wednesday morning Larry started texting me about the fix, how much it would cost etc and I approved it and the vehicle was then repaired. I picked up my vehicle at 3:00 on Wednesday. I have been taking my vehicles to MKB for 13 years now, worst EXPERIENCE I have ever had, I can understand getting backed up, but the lack of communication is not defensible, I certainly could not recommend MKB service to anyone going forward! Mr.Chavez was very thorough and understanding of the situation we were in. When there were complications to a regular oil change he was able to explain the situation very well and allowed us to get the help our car needed immediately. He provides excellent service throughout the process.
